Partner with Industry: Work with local businesses, educational institutions, and industry leaders to attract new companies to San Marcos that offer well-paying jobs and career pathways.
Invest in Workforce Development: Support training programs that equip our residents with the skills they need to succeed in today’s economy, including in-demand sectors like technology, healthcare, and renewable energy.
Champion Fair Wages: Promote policies that ensure all jobs in San Marcos pay a living wage, so that every resident can afford to live with dignity and security.
