Making Tough Decisions for Our City's Financial Health
Addressing our city’s budget constraints requires making tough, sometimes unpopular decisions.
As mayor, I will take a hard look at our expenditures, ensuring that every dollar is spent wisely and in alignment with our community’s priorities. I will work to identify and eliminate inefficiencies, while also exploring new revenue streams that don’t overly burden our residents. This will include advocating for state and federal funding, as well as seeking partnerships that can bring additional resources to San Marcos. My goal is to balance our budget while still investing in the essential services and infrastructure that our city needs to thrive.
